The fresh graduates have their own career path, some decide to continue their education, and the others decide to compete with other jobseekers to find and apply for jobs. Competition is increasing and complicated because the numbers of graduates give high gap between the number of employment and job seekers.
We realized that a special program that can accommodate the jobseeker to be assigned to a Company is urgently needed. Therefore, ECC UGM creates an innovative job fair event which is called as TALENT HUNT.
This program allows the candidates to attend and be invited directly by the Company before the 22nd CD. For those who are invited, will have privilege to conduct a test from the Company, moreover, they can go to the interview stage. In addition, jobseekers do not need to queue at job fair. Find out more here.
Talent Hunt, a fast lane without queueing, has been held since May until the 22nd Career Days (12-13 August 2017). The jobseekers will have their qualification results and the company directly has it. When the result is suitable with the Company’s qualification, they will be included in the interview list at Career Days. Recently, there are 13 companies which will participate in the 22nd Career Days ECC UGM.
The Jobseeker just need to simply register to be ECC UGM lifetime member, complete the CV form, have online assessment, and agree with the provisions attached in the Talent Hunt program. All requirements can be found at ecc.ft.ugm.ac.id.
