Infoday is an event aimed at new students of Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering FT-UGM which aims to provide information about Environment, Student Organization and BSO (Semi Autonomous Body), and Introduction of Lecturers at DTSL FT UGM and socialization of curriculum and procedure of KRS.

The event was attended by 101 new students and representatives of students who are members of the organization and BSO and representatives of DTSL FT UGM lecturers.

In graduation period of July 2017, S2 Programme graduated 11 students, MSTT Programme graduated 7 students from Ministry of Transportation Ministry, PUPR and Local Government. Some students graduated with cum laude predicate.

Congratulations, hope that knowledge can be attended during UGM Civil Engineering can be useful. Always success.

Announcement for Undergraduate Student Graduation ceremony for academic year 2016/2017:
1. The graduation ceremony will be held on August 23, 2017.
2. The registration for ceremony will be opened from July 3 to July 25, 2017.
3. Participant should collect all documents required by the deadline, no later than July 26, 2017 at 12:00 at The

Academic Office KPFT building, Faculty of Engineering UGM.
Any changes will be informed later, please contact the Academic office KPFT for further information.

Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering gives scholarship for Master degree in Civil Engineering Universitas Gadjah Mada. The scholarship is offered in the form of 50% tuition fee reduction for 4 semesters, for student enrolled in the following Study Program:

• Master of Civil Engineering
• Magister on System and Transport Engineering (MSTT)
• Magister of Engineering on Natural Disaster Management (MTPBA)

Requirements :
1. Bachelor degree from Civil Engineering Universitas Gadjah Mada
2. Maximum 25 years-old
3. Minimum GPA 3.25 (in a 4 scale)
4. Complete all documents required in the student call for application of UGM.

Ehime University will accept 2 (two) students from Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering Universitas Gadjah Mada for period of enrollment: September 2017

Requirements:
1. 3rd year student of Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering UGM
2. Fill the Application Form for Exchange (Research) Student at Ehime University (Form 1)
3. Curriculum vitae
4. Official academic transcript
5. TOEFL/ILETS certificate
6. Research plan (1-2 pages)
7. One copy of your passport (if available) or other identity card (KTP)
8. Two (2) photographs (3 cm x 4 cm)

The selected student should prepare letter of financial guarantee stating that all expenses during the period of stay in Japan will be fully payable, for example: Bank balance certificate or salary payment details of the applicant or his/her parents or guarantor; Certificate of scholarship.
