International Civil Partnership Program with UGM:

1. 3+1+1 Pathway to Master Program
   You will study three-years at UGM and a one-year at UMKC for your UGM bachelor degree, then you could pathway to UMKC Master Program. GRE and Standard English Test are waived.
2. Dual Master Degree Program
   Spend the same time (2.5 years) as other master students, but will be awarded 2 master degrees from UGM and UMKC. This unique offering allows you to fast-track your studies and graduate with greater expertise and career opportunities.

Hokkaido University is seeking applicants for Hokkaido University President’s Fellowship, for prospective international students seeking master’s, professional, or doctoral degrees that plan to enroll in October 2021. Applicants must possess an excellent academic record as well as a strong interest in Hokkaido University and Japanese culture.

Hokkaido University offers this fellowship to our inter-university partners with whom we seek to develop stronger ties, and I hope that we will accept a candidate from your university.
Self-supported international students with excellent academic records as well as a strong interest in Hokkaido University and in Japanese culture are eligible to apply.

Please recommend one student from your university that can start at HU in October 2021. Applications must be sent by January 8th, 2021 without fail. Please submit the scanned data if you cannot send them by post because of the effect of new corona virus.
